Spice Village — Restaurant in England

Ordered a takeaway from here a couple of weeks ago for me and my son. When I got home and started to eat the food, it was very watery and tasteless, the sag aloo was watery and bland. The mushroom rice was tasteless and the mushrooms were watery when you bit into them, almost like they were tinned in brine. The curry was not its usual self, it was dark in colour, diluted, and did not taste very nice. My son refused to eat his too and we ended up throwing it in the bin. I called the restaurant to make him aware and give him feedback. His reply was next time he would supervise the chefs. I said there will not be a next time, I would not come back again, because I wouldn't eat it even if it was free, to that he replied when you come back I will give you 50% discount. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! They don’t even deserve any stars. It was my fiancé birthday and we had family over to celebrate and had always enjoyed a takeaway here. Not only was the order 45 mins late but we had to ring 3 times to find out where is was and each time they lied saying it was 4 mins away .. When the order arrived the delivery guy was moaning how busy he had been. This was odd seeing as the restaurant had only been open for 45mins! Once we checked the curry which the delivery guy assured us it was still hot but it was in-fact cold, unlabelled ( which doesn’t help when you have placed a big order). My family and I ended up having to taste them all checking which one of it was ours before microwaving it and then having to eat at different times. We will defiantly not be eating here again! Truly shocking. Had to walk out after waiting for over an hour for starters. They had no beer, none of the wine on the menu, and took half an hour to get served some water. This was at 8:30 on a Friday night btw. It was literally the worst dining experience I have ever witnessed. There were only three other groups in the restaurant at the time and one of them was complaining about their food and another was complaining as they were being forced to pay by cash. We decided to leave before our starters came as we had completley lost faith In the service by this point and were worried what sort of food we would be given.
