Stopped over for a quick bite with my young one he loves his burgers 🍔 and we went a try this Burger King out. We were very surprised the food was well done and super fresh so good that we ordered a second burger to go. Very good location inside after payment was done you got my cup and went to the refill station this is plus I just love it. The carpark is quite small so difficult to fine space we were lucky someone was just leaving the site. The toilets are very clean and the inside is also super clean. You can order your food from the app or from inside they are 3 self-ordering kiosks.

Horrible, rude staff! This was my second time receiving an incorrect order, and again, I had to deal with the frustrating back-and-forth at the window. They don’t give you a second to look at the menu, and at the payment window, they ask you to drive back and forth, which is incredibly annoying. The chips were overly salted, and my burger was wrong even though I specifically asked for no tomatoes. Miss Basin, one of the staff members, is the rudest person I’ve encountered. She made no eye contact, offered no greeting, and showed no respect. She was particularly unpleasant because I refused to drive back and forth as she requested. She has no manners and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. People like her make me think twice about visiting this location again. I might accept the mistake of giving me the wrong order, but not her way of talking to a customer. I’ve dealt with her twice now, and when I asked for her name, she told me to complain because she’s not scared. Is this really how Burger King staff speaks to their customers? Thank you for convincing me to choose McDonald's next time!

Well: I tried to get the order by the speaker of the drive in and while taking the order one of the employees started to scream and the guy I was talking to just shut down the conversation. When he went back to the microphone I tried 3 times to place the order and at the end I had to come inside cause the guy wasn't able to understand. Fun fact when I got inside I clearly saw him speaking to the next car while checking his phone. Great professionality. The car park was flooded(see picture) and inside on 3 order machines, 2 were out of service (see picture) and on 2 drink machines, only one was working. Order took ages , at least the girl at desk tried to be nice I give one star cause you can't give zero. Rarely I felt so released leaving a place. Horrible experience.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Burger King, Egham. This was my second time ordering from them, and unfortunately, the quality of the food was even worse than before. My parents and I received burgers with just a patty and a bun—no sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, or any other toppings. Additionally, the drinks machine wasn’t working properly, dispensing only droplets despite multiple attempts. The condition of the floor posed a trip hazard, and the customer service was subpar. Despite the lack of customers, the staff appeared flustered and overwhelmed. This experience has left me highly disappointed, and I cannot understand how this location maintains a 5-star rating. I will not be returning.

On this day me and my my nan who was close to her last breath wanted a Burger King wich would cost over £100. When we were ordering Gru from dispicable me came in and slapped her batty and proceeded to shout “MINIONS TONIGHT WE STEAL THE MOON” and the grabed her bum. We decided to make a complaint but the gave the most devious giggle so my nan gave a dirty look. The workers decide to pull out nerf guns where the bullets were chips and this lead to my nan being so embarrassed she drowned herself in gravy at 6 pm. I had to save her although I wanted to do the daily login. Not cool KFC

I got into the habit of opening my burgers everytime I eat here(usually on a monday) as i had bad experiences in the past with the lettuce being off. See the pic and you see the brown bit of lettuce which luckily this time was just a bit(I had worse in the past) and as you can see there even isn't enough lettuce on. Dont waste your money on here unless you are really desperate(which is my case 🤣). Also I would have thought by now they be more careful with their lettuce but since is like the 3rd or 4th time it happens to me I decided to take a pic.
