This place has been diabolical for years. We hadn't been to this place in maybe 5 or 6 years because of how awful it used to be, but we decided to try again. First time back went relatively smoothly. Ordered on the app (app was very slow and the 'add to order' and 'checkout' button buffered for a good few minutes) and once the order had gone through, we waited in the collection zone for five minutes and it all worked fine.
Second time back was disaster, just like how it used to be — some things never change. While I was browsing the app, the specific restaurant location kept going offline and kept saying mobile orders were currently unavailable for this restaurant. After a few tries I managed to put an order through for collection. After this I was helping my Dad put his order through the app when the restaurant went offline again, but this time it never came back on. We decided to go into the store to see if we could get some help, or at least notify them of the issue, but the staff were totally uninterested. There was no hello, just a "go an order over there on the machines". I then notified her that the machines were offline too (turns out if they have no receipt paper in, they don't work at all...) but she insisted they did, even though I'd literally just walked away from them. At this point my Dad wasnt keen on eating from there, so I just asked to collect my order. Again, she wasn't interested, didn't even listen and just motioned to the machine, while putting together a large Uber eats order. A few minutes later once her attention was back, she asked me if I got the machine to work, and I said again that I had a collection and showed her my phone. "Oooh a collection, that's been ready up here the whole time...".
Staff are a disaster, which has been the problem at this specific restaurant for at least the last 10 years. I guess if the app works then you're probably fine, but that doesn't seem to be...
Read moreI have had the worst experience you could ever have at this Burger King, now I have been to a few places with bad service but please you can not get worse than the service here at this restaurant. The service was a shambles I asked if I could use my voucher on the burger king app as the assistant had done so for the person in front of me She took the code and said she could not put the code into the system so she then went to ask one of her coleeges if they could help and I was left waiting for over 20 minutes by now I was really hungry and a very annoyed. I spoke to a man called Warren Badoo and he was very very unhelpful he said to me please step aside and let me serve the other customers after I had been waiting for over 30 minutes at this point I was very annoyed. I then asked if I could speak to the manager he said he was the manager however another person called Pedro Bento came over and said we are both managers i told him what had happened and he was also very rude he said I would not be able to use the voucher I would just have to pay the full price I was very angry at this point very hungry aswell.
The staff need a lot more training they need to learn how to treat customers with respect and be mannerly and learn how to use the systems before jumping at a till.
This Burger King deserves the lowest rating anyone could give them.

Read moreHAd the worst EVER Burger King experience in this restaurant. We arrived at 9.35pm. Service was okay. Most of the seating was blocked off as it had been cleaned and we were expected to sit at one of the 2 available tables which were both littered with debris from previous clients. We asked the cleaner if we could use one of the tables in the closed off section. His response was to give a 'quick lick' to the table top of one of the 2 available tables. we still preferred to sit in the bucket chairs rather than benches and asked again to use those. He was very aggressive so we went to the counter and the manager told him to let us through. By now our fries are almost cold. We ate happily and were finishing our cokes at 10.02 when a man in checked fleece and earmuffs/headphones came over and asked us to be aware that the restaurant was closing in 5 minutes. We certainly would not have stopped there if we were to have just 30 minutes to eat. I know it is fast food but if people are served for sitting in at 9.35 they should be told they are closing at 10.07. On getting home I note their opening hours are till 11pm. Top this all with all we could hear (and understand) was the chatter of the staff in Spanish complaining about a drive thro client. Basically the food is a BAD version of Burger King and...
