Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Coffee is what you would expect from Starbucks. You can not use your Starbucks card or points in the store which is not a big deal. The guy taking orders was rude and not professional at all. I was keeping 2 meters apart and had my mask on. Whilst ordering the people behind me were not maintaining social distancing and were practicing on top of me. Yet he didn't say anything. As I was ordering I had to repeat my order several times quiet loudly as he could not hear what I was saying. (Even though he heard everyone else's order fine.) Due to me having to shout my order my mask slipped under my nose. He then rudely told me to fix my mask. We visited this Starbucks twice and had two very different experiences. The first visit there was an older lady front of house, doing a terrific job. She was very diligent in clearing, wiping the tables down and sweeping up. It was fantastic to see and a completely different experience to what you normally get with coffee shops now days. The second visit unfortunately was what we have become accustomed too. A younger lady front of house, clearing tables but not wiping down any or sweeping up. The tables were all covered in crumbs and a mess, the floor looked even worse. Why can it not be standard practice to have a front of house person doing a decent job. If places like McDonald’s can manage it why...

Absolutely wonderful and made my coffee to order even though it wasn't on the menu. They knew their beans etc and I went back the following day with a picture of the sticker on my cup asking for a repeat and they got it spot on again. Normally one good service is not followed by a second it is usually a fluke but not here nope. Had three different visits and all three were 100% spot on.

And if you are lucky enough to be served by Amy you know you will get the best coffee ever and service with a beautiful smile too.
