Starbucks — Restaurant in England

I didn't want to give my name, so the server decided to get in a huff about it, I don't appreciate staff being disrespectful towards my rights.

The GF panini was cooked within the plastic bag it comes in, I mean what on earth are these staff doing, you can't cook it in the plastic.. this could have made my partner very ill, also just look at the state of this GF panini, this part isn't the fault of the staff but, the company itself, ripping off its customers. Brand new Starbucks great layout, friendly staff toilets very clean, the first few car spaces in their car park are a bit tight, spaces round the back are more spaced out. Main reason for dropping stars is because I have been in twice now and I'm very disappointed that both times I had to walk around to see which tables were clean. One area near the main door was littered on the table the floor and the window sill, this was like it when we walked in, half hour later walking out this area hadn't been cleaned. first time ordering through the app so i was unsure how it worked, waited around the till after placing my order, when the barista “chloe” very rudely asked “are you gonna order or still need time”. i was taken aback by the way she said this, i said we ordered through the app, she then snapped and said “well if you dont tell us you ordered through the app we wont know”then put our drinks on the counter and walked away. in no way was she polite or even approachable. her approach to us was very aggravated and overall rude and i feel there was many better ways she...
