Greggs — Restaurant in England

I shop at Greg's daily sometimes twice a day ! The most efficient store goes to Billingham bottoms next to the garage on station road ! Such friendly staff ! But they are ahead off they game ! With everything ready before the rush ! When a cue build's 6 - 7 or 8 all staff are at hand to serve ! Served within 3 minutes but close 2nd is portack very busy but not on the ball ! With 13/15 customers waiting ! 1 staff member serving the others trying to catch up ! Norton good shop but service poor ! Hardwick just not on the ball very slow !! Darlington yarm road and fens Hartlepool very poor have to wait a long time ! And get burned crispy bacon every time ! Hope this helps to be as good as Billingham...

I feel like I have to write this review to warn others. I don’t know how they prepare their cheese bites but when they were delivered they were BRICK hard. Like you could break a tooth on them. When I cut one open, the cheese inside was a hard FROZEN ball. I don’t know if the cheese bites are usually frozen before being cooked…. But these didn’t seem to be cooked at all. Complete health and safety hazard…wouldn’t even give...

Really very unhappy about the staff went in for some sausage rolls and we’re told to come back in ten minutes I’m suffering with sciatica and really didn’t want to be going back and forth and I went back and they said they all gone when we asked the staff to keep us 4 really disappointed won’t be using this...
