Costa Coffee — Restaurant in England

I didn’t get chance to see her name badge as I didn’t want to seem weird for staring but the girl on the machine making the drinks and handing them out with tattoos all over her arms.. so lovely. This elderly man got a hot drink and it slipped out of his hand and started spilling and without missing a beat she grabbed it from his hands to make sure it wouldn’t scold him, taking the heat of it on herself. He started to apologise and she was going no no it’s totally fine, telling him not to apologise and that she doesn’t mind and was just so sweet. She had a laugh with him and put it inside another cup so it wouldn’t burn him. Such a lovely girl!!!...

I often use this store and have complained on a number of occasions that there is no RED handled group handle for decaf coffee . As in all other stores I’ve been in . When I have brought this up they tell me they can’t get hold of one nd that they rince the one they have . But that’s not good enough as my husband has a heart condition and always has decade coffee for that reason . I am not happy with this situation they could use a handle from the second machine but the never do this could be a fatal mistake and I would like this...

Its a costa, good coffee, clean, with plenty of seating. However it doesnt allow you to use your loyalty card which is a bit strange? Staff say its because its within the hospital, however Costas within Tescos accept them.
