Sub pizza was wrapped and heated instead of toasted. Tasted awful. Not even suitable for human consumption. Once prepared badly can only be described as bin quality. Waste of money won't go back there. No real customer service engagement low I don't think they have a clue what a pizza sub is. Badly trained staff in know how of the products they are preparing for customers. No product knowledge. Worst lunch I've had in a long time. Very dehumanising experience. They should close this store down for some other decent restaurant to be put in its place. Good location at present. Plenty of shoppers in the area just bad food. Technology sucks, what next robots. Having trained with subway before covid as a sandwich artist. This is the worst example and experience I have ever had at a subway, the public deserve better. Not bin quality prepared food. If this is the quality they want to serve then they need to move location as the residents of shropshire deserve better. Franchise owner give up and move out or train your staff properly, no one wants you here spoiling our dining out experience. I used to order and collect from this Subway regularly, but after two years, I happened to be in the area and decided to stop by for a meal. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
There were no other customers behind me, yet the staff lacked basic courtesy. As I was trying to specify my choice of bread and other items, another staff member interrupted and insisted that I pay immediately. This made me feel rushed and unappreciated as a customer.
The food was also subpar—neither hot nor fresh, with poor quality and smaller portions than expected. It seems like the focus here is more on making money than providing good service or decent food.
In contrast, the Subway at Royal Stoke Hospital is fantastic—great service, quality food, and a much better overall experience. This store, however, fell far short of the standard, and I would not recommend it.

Read moreUsed to order from here 45minutes was the maximum we would have wait for delivery. Decided order from here tonight, kids choice, almost 3 hours wait for delivery! The manager called to let us know it would be after 8 but failed to mention it would be after 9. I called at 8.30 as the time changed to 9.20 they said 25minutes and it will be with you, 40 minutes later it finally arrived. Won't be listening to the kids again, I'll make them my own version of a subway at a fraction of the price and a fraction of the wait. We did get 3 extra cookies. The subs were hot and they were tasty and everything was correct. But to wait 3 hours...this is disappointing. Hopefully this is something management...
