Subway — Restaurant in England

the other day went into subway for food and was met by a man and a young woman chatting away forgetting to do there job as i waited for up to 5 minutes bare in mind there was only one person infront of me .they are very slow and not wearing the correct uniform no apron or hairnets insight .same gloves used and when it finally came to my turn to order i felt judged by my sandwich choices as they both gave each other slight remarks and weird facial expressions and when i got home to eat my food it looks so rank poorly made do not recommend. i miss the old staff as they knew what they where doing such as that one young boy called max where did he go he was so welcoming and respectful and very fast with his job id do anything for that boy and where ever he has gone ill follow love...

Will never use this place again. The first lady who works there acts like she can't see you. The 2nd lady who I saw today, useless. I walked in she's cleaning the ovens whilst chatting away on phone. When she saw I was polite said ill be 1 minute deciding. She went off into the back. I made my mind up called the lady to say I'm ready. But no she carried on her phone call. When 10 mins later I say whilst she's still on the phone may I add, oh forget it I've waited long enough. She did not care, laughed and carried on with phone call. Absolutely awful service that is not how you make money or look after customers. No wonder it's always dead in there. Don't waste you're time trying to get food. You'll waste...

I came to get food for me and my partner tonight. After being met by a miserable woman, she told me they were out of what I wanted (rotisserie chicken) and offered no similar alternative, I quickly phoned my partner to query what she would like substituted, while the sales assistant huffed and looked/acted generally harassed at my existence. After an extremely brief call, the woman serving continued to make the salad, informing me they were out of many of the salad items with " haven't got it" repeatedly being barked at me. I've bought the food home, and my partner has shown me how the lettuce was brown at the edges too!
