I go through the drive through pretty much every day so letās say I spend plenty of money there. Of all the Starbucks in the area Iāve never met so many miserable, rude awful employees. Iām not one for complaining at all but this morning I asked for a tall drink, they gave me a venti and said itās free anyway just drink it. (It was a freebie from the app so paying wasnāt an issue) I said I asked for a tall as a venti is too much for me. Twice they rolled their eyes and said basically just drink it. Then told me to go and park in a bay while they remade it (I was the only customer at the DT) the girl then came out with a face so miserable I fear it mightāve tripped her up, then when I thanked her she failed to even look at me or acknowledge me so I dread to think what obscenities they were calling me inside the shop! I just think - it costs nowt to be kind and smile. Donāt roll your eyes when I expect something Iāve...
Read moreWent into drive thru this morning, ordered a latte and a bacon roll. Was asked if I wanted brown or red sauce, asked for red. Recieved order, had to request sugar - recieved sugar. Had to ask for something to stir said latte with - recieved. Opened up bacon roll - no sauce. I mean come on how difficult is it to complete somebody's order correctly. Surely it's normal practice if you order a coffee sitting in your car you OFFER sugar, spoon, napkins. The whole idea of a drive thru service is so you don't have to go into the shop or restaurant!! There was one other person in the coffee shop so not exactly run off their feet. Hopefully this is just a one off because usually the service is very good, but when you pay nearly £3 for a bacon roll and end up giving it to the dog (partly my own ridiculous fault because I couldn't possibly eat anything without red sauce) it is...
Read moreExtremely rude staff and manager! And definitely a racist! My 3 years old took straw of a £4 cup and put it in his mouth which we were ready to pay for... while picking the cup up from the basket my 9 years old accidently spilled his coffee on the basket and the manager threatened to call the police and take legal action against us! Is that the way to talk to a regular customer- taking legal action on a juvenile and that too for an innocent accident of spilling a cup of coffe... my son is absolutely devasted and now thinks the police is going to come after him!!! This also indicates a multimillion dollar company like @Starbucks is not providing their staff the training to deal with their customers politely. Pathetic management! You have surely lost a customer...
