I ordered a oat milk latte with a sandwich for breakfast I noticed the latte tasted a little different I thought it might be the coffee beans or a different brand of oat milk. The following day as I was working in the area I ordered the same again, the person on the microphone told me they don't sell oat milk. I asked can you tell me what I was served yesterday then as I cannot drink cows milk, he replied I didn't serve you but we don't sell oat milk. I said do you understand how serious this mistake can be I suggest you speak to your staff, he said they are not my staff I will let my manager know. I think the issue is when you take staff on with broken English and don't care about the job they are doing this is going to happen. This is the first time I've been to Greggs store and this has happened now I know why I had a upset stomach the previous day. Stay away from this place customer service...

On the third day, I finally got a soup, but it was served cold. When I asked for it to be warmed up, I was told they couldnāt do that.
To make matters worse, after leaving and parking up, I discovered they had forgotten to include the cake I had paid for.
When I raised my concerns about these repeated issues, staff seemed uninterested. The team behind the counter did not appear to be listening or engaged at all.
