Everything was fine until the person on the phone misunderstood my order. I asked the lady do you have garlic fries on your menu and she said yes. I wasn’t aware that the garlic fries were called ‘garlic chilli chips Then i get delivered garlic fried rice instead this was after 45 mins of waiting for our food that was barely hot. I admit there was a misunderstanding when i called back to ask for garlic fries the lady on the phone said she will send someone with the garlic fries which are called garlic chilli chips. I call back the second time after another 50mins and the lady said oh we are closed theres no driver it’s not my fault. Then i asked wt time do you guys close she said 00:30 i was on call at 00:10 and she says ‘oh no we are actually close now’ I said to her politely that why did u have to lie to me and that she could’ve told me the truth. She kept saying that she will send the fries tomorrow and that she will give us something extra and i said how do i know you guys will deliver for sure. I asked her why she lied to me she’s say ‘no no ma’am i not lying’ ‘it ur mistake dear’ second of all she can’t properly communicate with customers on top of that such rudely spoken too. Now I’ve got the wrong food and no fries after being assured that it would be delivered. I dont care about the fries but its the customer service. This is the third time they have made a mistake. NEVER DO DELIVERY FROM HERE! I am genuinely disappointed. After telling her why did u lie she hung up the phone on me with no apology . When they delivered the food we asked for the receipt but the driver didn’t bother to give it and walked away. Please don’t do delivery from here its better to walk in n wait for your food. Have been eating at tandoori nights for just over thirty years, and what a great curry was to be had here. Not anymore !!!! The last three orders have all taken well over an hour to arrive and the food has had to be re heated again as cold. We are also finding that the orders are being delivered short of dishes that have been ordered and paid for!!! We tried to call them back twice and ask what had happened to the food only to have the phone left on the side while the guy probably went for a walk around the kitchen. On the second call I was told I had to be understanding as they are fasting at the moment 🙈 absolutely unbelievable. What’s going on Abdul time to come back into the shop and sort things out. I have been a loyal customer for years, but will NEVER order from here again.

Ordered a take away curry, after a few mouthful, I bit into a SHARD OF GLASS. Broke in 2 and luckily it didnt break my tooth or get ingested and cause injury.

After an hour of making calls to their resurant, a manager finally rings back and attempts to offer a 50% refund and asks to collect food. Refused this offer and said I wanted minimum full refund as barely ate my dinner and that I would be taking it further.

Manager tried to argue the shard matched no utensils in their kitchen. The food doesn't go straight from the kitchen to my table. It is handled by people inbetween and in several environments. There's nothing in my environment that it matches therefore it must of been contaminated in theirs,...
