This little charming pub is an absolute gem and something very different than the usual Inns that we've seen. Staff on the bar - amazing. Reasonable prices. Lovely garden and yeah wow So homey that we could stay there all night..honest. Absolutely love it.

Great visit with friends to the beer festival. Large choice of beer, good variety and all well kept. Best beef burgers I've ever had! Huge 8oz butchers burgers, well cooked in a proper bread bun, onions and chilli relish, EXCELLENT! Just ate it and forgot to take a photo, sorry! Music later was good although we were inside by then. We went a beer festival on a Saturday night. There were lots of people inside and out the back. Beer and atmosphere great. Only criticism is that they did not provide any portaloos and there was only one Ladies toilet, so I and my friend spent much of the evening queuing up...

Nice atmosphere for a small pub normally filled with locals and friendly staff. Well behaved children allowed until 9:30 and there is a smoking/beer garden out the back. Has a big TV for sports, news and has toilets. Haven't tried the food personally but I've heard...
