Just found it by accident and it's a lovely spot to have an ice cream and snack in the day, and by evening a dinner looking out towards the sea. The staff are incredibly attentive and they love dogs too and made both very welcome. The menu is good and varied with Vegan options and can cater for allergies. The food itself is excellent for such a small beach hut (they'll probably kill me for saying that 😂) the food quality is 1st class and not overly expensive. Very nice decor and atmosphere in the dining area and with the sea as a backdrop, what could be better. My only concern was over the hook to hold the loo door a latch lock would have been better and it appeared that only 1 of the 2 loos was in operation. But don't let this detract from ambience and quaintness of the place. A fantastic place to eat at a good price and service to match. Definitely worth the visit if you can find it off the beaten track. Enjoy an ice cream there for sure!

Oh my gosh, this place had the most incredible views and the friendliest staff. We arrived at 4:30 pm, and guess what? They were just finishing the afternoon menu. The evening menu didn’t start until 5:00 pm, but they were so generous that they fired up the kitchen for us anyway. And the food? Oh my goodness, it was fresh, delicious, and arrived in a flash! Our table had a lovely view of the sea, and the surroundings were so comfortable. Plus, the toilets were spotless! I’m telling you, I’ll definitely be back for more.

Absolutely love this little cafe. After a surf or walk along the beach, most definitely number one stop for hot chocolate or some lunch. Views of the beach are beautiful and if you are visiting Cornwall make sure to stop off at Perranuthnoe / Perran Sands on way through to Marazion. Beautiful sandy beach and great food to enjoy the day. The cake selection is very good, but do not offer much re: Gluten free or nut allergies. But all in all, after a walk or surf down on the beach, definitely need to pop into The Cabin

3 people having lunch here was a good experience, food was well portioned and good quality. Wheelchair access possible with a little effort due to the short path to the garden having loose stones rather than paved. Short walk (about 50yds) from car park on tarmaced pedestrian path. Good drinks - coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well. Ordered at the outdoor counter, which had a good choice of cakes, flapjacks etc and you go and sit in the garden. When announced you go and collect your drinks and then a few minutes later your food, within 10-15 minutes of ordering at lunchtime. Lovely view of a lovely beach cove from garden area. On our 2nd lunchtime visit two days after our initial visit, a new route was in place so the wheelchair access was via a paved path and straight into the garden table area, the access to the facilities were explained to us which made our visit (including the lovely food & cakes) was even better than the 1st visit. Pity we cant return regularly as we're not local and we'll have to wait until our next...

It was all pretty standard, nothing exceptional apart from the view, nothing terrible. Coffee was OK, a little burnt but not awful. Tea was weak even though steeped for a while.

We were there for the breakfast, which was all very run of the mill. Again, not awful, not over greasy, just "fine"...

Staff was nice enough but service wasn't great - we walked in, no greeting, ignored by staff for about 10mins until we went up to the counter to order, drinks order just left on the table with no indication what drink was what. Once we did manage a brief conversation to request items, staff was nice enough and provided what was asked.

The place is convenient to the beach and has lovely views, and is warm on a cold day. They have WiFi. But really nothing to...
