The Coffee Hut — Restaurant in England

On my way from Lizard Point to Penzance via bus, stopping in at Helston. I was feeling pretty bleary eyed after walking and camping the South West Coast Path for several days. The Coffee Hut was such a wee sanctuary. The ladies were so kind and welcoming (Some local places are not always friendly to tourists during peak summer). Coffee was tasty, the food was fresh and exactly what I needed, atmosphere was calming. I was offered all the water and WiFi I needed, and the ladies very kindly let me charge my phone (such a relief after off-grid camping!). Overall, a total gem of a place. The best cafe in Helston! With amazing coffee and homemade cakes, The Coffee Hut is such a pleasant place to come and relax and enjoy some food or drinks. My personal favourite are the smoothies and my son loves to come here for a babychino - they also have lots of things to entertain small children and a special menu. Their food is fresh, healthy and very tasty and the cakes are delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make you feel right at home. Amazing cinny buns, great coffee, lovely staff. Brought my dad here a while ago and he loved the coffee and pastry he had too. Have yet to bring my mum. The vibes are so chilled and friendly. It's super popular so if they're busy remember it doesn't mean they want to serve you any less, more people just takes more time! I love their Instagram stories too, they always show which cakes and special drinks etc they have available which I loove and about the owner's life owning a small biz which is lovely to see.
