Review: Disappointing Service & lack of knowledge!

Sadly really disappointing and going downhill! When I visited and requested a fresh & simple sandwich to be made due to dietary restrictions and also unable to eat anything already under the counter. I was immediately refused.

Despite having eaten from here in the past & explaining my situation to two team members, my request was immediately refused because they quote “had lots left over for the day & wanted to sell what was already available” unquote, even though the bread I had asked for & ingredients were just behind the counter, they were not interested.

Words of Caution: When asked about catering for customers with allergies & intolerances they couldn't...

I’ve had to change my review...If quality and taste is still what your looking for, then this is the still the place to go. Though some of the staff are so rude I will not go back. Told to go to Tesco’s by one! While another with held a birthday cake I had ordered for my child birthday. Maybe award winning but the attitude of the staff is that bad I can not put myself through it any more... oh, also watch for over charging... the price is different depending on the staff member and they hand out plastic bags like we are not in crisis... so disappointed... Even your other branch now there is a problem!!!! Please get ride...

Decent little bakery I think. Visited for the first time. Atmosphere felt a little tense between staff. The bacon and cheese turnover was incredible, I have to say. The brownies were basically chocolate cake with icing which was a bit disappointing. Caramel crispy square was pretty good and so was the fresh bacon and sausage rolls. Didn’t think I paid over the odds for what I ordered. Would probably go back again, just be aware that the atmosphere isn’t fantastic.

Parking is also quite difficult. I did park on the street which happened to be in front of a house. I’d just say please park considerately for the...
