The Four — Restaurant in England

Today we visited again, what I love they have added many vegan and vegetarian options, the food was wonderful, I'm impressed. What a lovely surprise, generally I don't expect much from breakfast but we were pleasantly surprised, the food was so good! The flavours were so precise and to the point, the food and the complete dish served were just exactly balanced, fresh and very unique to the local offered food in the area. Service was quick and kind.

A few things to improve, We called to reserve but were only offered highchair seats (we were later offered to move and that's fine). The place was a tad cold. More vegan/non gluten options would be perfect (Oat milk may contain Gluten)

The staff were lovely and attentive. Giving an atmosphere of relaxing intimacy to our visit. The food was lovely, as was the coffee. It is nice to see local produce being used and all around a good environmental mentality. The limit of only four choices may seem a put off to a few out there. But to have four choices prepared perfectly rather than a dozen choices that come out ok is preferable in my opinion. For those looking to enjoy in or take something away, the display of wines available to buy adds to the atmosphere and allows you to try something new or enjoy an old favourite. I will...

Lovely wine bar with staff who are willing to guide you through the ever changing wine list if you don't know what you're after.

Had their food for the first time last night and couldn't recommend it more, small plates perfect for sharing and what they can accomplish in a small kitchen is perfect accompaniment for the great wine. Really reasonably priced for what you get and most places in the area would charge more of a premium but you can tell the staff want to deliver something that makes you feel welcome and want...
