The Green Dragon — Restaurant in England

I went to the Green Dragon having read the reviews. The locals were great, very friendly and welcoming. But the food and service was terrible, nothing like what I read in the reviews. There was only one young lady serving at the bar, and it took forever to get a drink, and it wasn't even overly busy. I ordered a paninni which was average at best. I wasn't offered any cutlery or even a napkin, I had to ask for them. I would only go there again because of the locals being so friendly and welcoming and to watch the football, but...

Slightly disappointed..great staffing very helpful and welcoming.....food slightly over cooked on the roast side but that might be because we had booked a Late lunch..but fridays food was excellent...needs a little update regards decor... we need this public house.. this i believe has just had a changeover ...fingers crossed this team can make it work . I will certainly use this public house again. Good luck...
