Visiting Scene 1 for the first time for Christmas dinner and from the very start we were very impressed. All of the students were friendly and attentive, taking us straight to our table. Drinks and order taken we had a chance to look around and it's hard to believe that you're in they college, it's been decorated very well to look like a restaurant. All of the food was very good and the courses came out a steady pace, never too quick and never a long wait. There was some confusion over the dessert order, more our fault than theirs, but this was quickly rectified. Overall very good food and very good service. First time today for lunch, what an experience. Food was lovely , my husband and myself had the bhaji starter , my mother in law had the chicken parfait , Mains were balsamic pork , pan fried fish and beef in peppercorn sauce , mother in law had cheesecake . We just couldn't fit a pud in . Over all the service food and surroundings were absolutely excellent. Well done you young people . We will be back , can recommend it enough 100% .
