Crispy Cod — Restaurant in Great Britain

It's hit and miss with this place. Some days the food is good the next it's not. The pizzas are ok for the price. The bolognase special was great. The normal bolognase pizza was bland as they come. The menu is all over the place with 2x10 pizzas on sale at 2 different places on the menu for 2 different prices. Vinegar is mis-spelled as Vinagar. The kebab meat wasn't very nice. I've ordered chips twice and both times only ate 2 or 3 and binned the rest. They were the worst chips I've ever had on both occasions. The prices are really good which will keep people coming back for more. One last thing, a staff member rested his half eaten wrap onto a customers wrap that was waiting for delivery, the half eaten bit was actually touching the customers wrap. If I could give zero stars I would. This is usually my go to takeaway and I'm really disappointed in the service that's been provided. 3 times I have ordered in the past month or so and every time has been over 1hr 45mins wait time and I've had to ring every time to see where its at. Tried to explain the third time that it's not great having to wait over 1hr 45mins as this has been the 3rd time in a row ( reordered as the food is good and wanted to give another chance) and it was just silence on the phone. Tried this Crispy Cod for the first time today, unfortunately was very disappointed. Found fish reasonable but missing tail end just batter left and as for the chips found to be really dry, hard and could not eat. On the app it may be a good idea if there was a choice of ingredients to make salads as I can not eat beetroot. Out of 3 items I ate one at a push(fish). Sorry to say first and last time I will...
