The Kitchen Club — Restaurant in England

I'm not a golfing person so only ended up here as my wife, Son and I met the In-Laws as my wife's Dad was practising for a stag party he is off to in Australia.

When we arrived i wasn't expecting such a wonderful, modern place. It was very spacious, clean and had a lovely view out over the Golf Course.

Both my wife and i were thinking of getting a bite to eat and the menu had something for everyone, club sandwich to a piece of steak. As soon as i saw a pizza come by my mind was made up.

For £8.50 i had the The Kitchen Club pizza, freshly made and cooked in a pizza oven visible to all. My wife opted for the club sandwich and that looked very nice, the cappuccino also went down a treat.

Our bill came to a few pennies over £20, superb value for money, great service, a good atmosphere and clean and well managed.

I think it is a real shame that nobody is listening to the comments being made. I wrote a review in August not a glowing one I am afraid to say and still only last week people are still complaining. This place has massive potential why can nobody see that. Staff are literally left to deal with the running of the place no management seems to be on site or if they are they are certainly not letting there presence be known. A fortune has been spent on a new fun golf range right outside the front of the building which should be bringing in a decent revenue for the Kitchen Club but it seems no advertising or meals deals to tempt people in has been done. We had a brilliant experience here today. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The Victoria sponge was spot on, as were all our other breakfast orders. The toilets were clean and well looked after, but particularly the baby changing was well organised, neat and tidy. They had nappy sacks, air freshener, which are a great extra. Once we'd finished eating, my wife was wiping our toddler's cutlery (from home) and the kind member of staff asked us if we'd like her to wash it in the kitchen. Excellent service and food....
