Great breakfast in the coffee shop and delicious. Might not be big enough (the room) on some rainy Sundays, esp for buggies (I don’t have one). Ate at the restaurant for a birthday dinner and wasn’t overly impressed. Humus and pitta for £6 and a tiny pot of it wasn’t good value. The prawns were nice but needed a dipping bread with them as the best bit was the sauce. Burger and chips were ok, but just ok not fabulous for the amount. The veggie burger tasted ok but should really be served with a side salad or fries at £16, given the average burger goes for about £10 elsewhere and the veggie pizza too tasted ok at best.
The lamb from the sunday roast menu seems ridiculously expensive at £19 when most of the dish was made up of potatoes, a yorkshire pudding, a side salad and what seemed like a 100gm piece of lamb.
