‼️EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING‼️

Got to say this place has the most ill mannered, unwelcoming and down right disrespectful old lady for staff I have ever encountered!! I didn’t manage to catch her name but I was attending a small birthday celebration obviously abiding by the current COVID 19 guidelines, everything was going smoothly and the younger staff members where very helpful! As we started receiving our main courses out came the old lady carrying two plates, she stands in the middle of the party shouting the dishes out which makes everyone very uncomfortable! To add to this the food was extremely poor! Quite a lot of the party had ordered parmo for their main which was presented more like a gross chunk of chicken with cheese on top, nobody was pleased with it whatsoever, the “mushroom stroganoff” didn’t have one mushroom in sight and the curry had zero taste!! As we were all not happy we decided to try and explain this to the rude old woman she shouts at the birthday girl (who is only 16) demanding that she explains why she didn’t like the food saying “I’m not having this” making her feel out of place in her own party!!

Would highly suggest they reconsider her employment status and maybe teach her some...

DIned here numerous times in the past, food was excellent, so decided to book a meal for my daughters birthday. On arrival a senior member of staff was very abrupt, basically shouting at me and my family while I was trying to present my exemption card for not wearing a mask. The service for food and drinks was fine but the quality of the food was poor. When complaining about the quality, the same senior member of staff confronted my 16 year old daughter and spoke to her in a complete unprofessional, abrupt and quite aggressive manner. My daughter was completely embarressed and upset over the incident. We tried to explain it wasn't just a single meal that was poor but she basically didn't want to know. Because of this one member of staff we won't be returning. Id also like to add today ... that i was sick last night but im pregnant so didnt really think much of thst but spoke to my mum this morning who had scampi and because i left my food as it was tastless i had her last few bits of scampi.. she was also sick too twice over night meaning food obv wasnt cooked either. On my last visit I had the seafood platter and it was very very nice really enjoyed it and well worth the money I couldnt actually finish the meal it was massive and hubby helped by having some however I was expecting great things today but boy were we disappointed, the 2 meals for 10.00 offer we decided to try I had ribs to start and they were nice I dont have a very big appetite but the prawn stir fry portion was very small and myself and mother in law were actually still hungry the food taste wise was actually nice and I guess I was expecting a smaller portion because of the offer but not that small .Staff wise they are all lovely and and the place itself is really welcoming and cosy and a...
