The Park Pantry — Restaurant in England

Despite having been working at an adjacent business unit for 6 months, I had never been to The Park Pantry since this week from my peer historical feedback, despite being the easiest option by far. Now under new management over past few weeks, I would not hesitate to recommend now. Great food, good value and friendly service. Been 3x times this week, and will continue to do so. I’ll be honest the food was quality. But let down by the service. Made me feel bad for ordering 10 items for a group of people over the phone. And rudely hung up when I explained “I’ll be 2 mins I just need to ask some people” as the wait time was a little long. Who ever that person was on the phone, please sort your attitude out. Realise that I just wanted food. Was no need to be like you were. Presume it’s been a rough day for you but even still, for a small business you’d expect better service. Since the new management took over last month, the Park Pantry has improved drastically. Not only is it 1000 times cleaner, nicer looking and more professional, but the food is fantastic (portion sizes and quality) and the service is great. The two new ladies (Michelle and Chloe) are LOVELY and are willing to go above and beyond to get the reputation of Park Pantry back.
