Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Little noisy from squeaking floors, which is understandable as it is an old building but my room was near a fire door which people would slam open then shut. That annoyed me. Staff busy but lovely and very accommodating. Shower unfortunately only had cold water. I do believe it was being fixed ASAP. Thank you so very much for the...

Toni and Thom have got this place working at the top level! Had my sons first birthday party here and experienced today what changes they'd made post-lockdown after the Covid outbreak. I couldn't commend them more for the work they've done or the work they're doing. An absolute haven for everyone in Helsby! Proud to say this is...
