Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in England

First and last time I am going to this cafe. As the employee was making my drink, I noticed an open plastic tub full of RAW meat out on the counter. The employee didn't even bother washing her hands before or after touching the raw meat. She proceeded to give me my drink with her unwashed hands. It is disgusting, unsanitary and unsafe, food hygiene and food safety should be a vital part of any shop selling food and beverages. Maybe this lady isn't paid enough to care.
