I found the landlord to be very rude , my son used the slide provided in the beer garden which collapsed and was hurt in the chest and was left with a big red mark , I reported this to the bar staff only to be told by the landlord that we were out of order , I was amazed when he admitted it was well over ten years old , it clearly needed replacing , the slide was not marked with any age restrictions and was clearly not safe , all I wanted was to prevent further harm occurring but he didn't seem to care he reassembled the slide and said it was sturdy enough lol , he clearly has no care for customers children and no grasp on health and safety issues . Lovely pub, staff are great and very welcoming and polite. We eat here often because hubby loves the fish and chips but this is the first Sunday lunch we've had as a family. Can't fault it, fabulous value for money, portions are very large and the meat was beautiful, the beef melted in the mouth as did the pork...and the crackling was cracking . The lemon and passionfruit cheesecake is homemade and delicious, the chocolate brownie is also a must have for any chocolate fan . Only downside is my eyes are too big for my belly and i think im going to pop!!👌 will definitely be returning as Sunday lunch...

I visited a couple of days ago and I was amazed with this place, great environment, people was very friendly and owner, I believe he was, approach us a couple of times to see how was everything. We started with some Chilli Nachos, my 4 years old really enjoyed his chicken nuggets, very nice proper moist chicken breast, I got to assamble my own home made burger with a side of their "Filthy Fries", please try them, my wife had the "Hunters Chicken", she thought it was very nice, a bit too much barbecue sauce for her like though.
