We had a lovely dinner as a table of 14 on Monday; the service and food were excellent.

A big thank you to Will and his team for their patience also. We were a large table who pre-ordered but did not all arrive in time for the 6pm reservation. Will was friendly and professional in approaching this, as there were other tables in / booked which could have caused service issues if all our guests didn’t arrive soon. Having been on the other side of this problem before, he and his team dealt with it exceptionally. The whole team smiled and welcomed us as we arrived too which was nice - it just felt like a fantastic team who were all excellent at customer service.

Well where to start - after an amazing roast we both agreed it was the best roast dinner we have ever had - bold statement you may think - well we go out every week sometimes twice a week looking for new places to eat have done for 25 yrs and to find our best ever roast beef and lamb dinner on our door step will save us time and fuel in the future as the upperdeck is now a favourite and a go to place for lunch dinner views atmosphere service and entertaining ! Its nothing short of exceptional cant wait till next sunday amazing and great value £60 for dinner drinks...

Well what a superb meal, we experienced the most excellent Sunday roast that I personally have ever tasted (Sorry Mother Dear) the lamb and Beef being a succulent cut, the roast potatoes were a triumph, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. All the vegetable accompliments were cooked to perfection. Oh! And the staff were great too..a special mention of dear Megan; our server who had to put up with my weird humour, they were in fact also superb and attentive at every stage. Would I recommend the upper deck?? Most certainly, do not miss this...
