Welcoming was very good, The waitress gave good advises ( you can ask for Dani). I was surprised that the waitress was doing everything in the place.. looks like a family business place. The food is simple but good, I had a British breakfast and in addition a nice cheese burger and chips... bills was ok. The people in the place was resident around, and looks like that everyone had their own habit regarding their food. The place accepts dogs, and the atmosphere is 4* as it miss a bit of music. I recommend this place, if you leaving around or passing close to...

Very nice little cafe with some very nice staff Have a lot to offer from hot drinks to the soft drinks A lot on the menu from breakfast related stuff like rolls and full English. Burgers and over hot food There cake is very nice but would be good to see more of a variety of cake One think they need to add is some signs as bit hidden but would make a killing from all the dog walkers at cabbage hill as not as many people are aware Will be back for more cake

Nice little farm cafe! Price and Portion size was good, would have liked a bit more of a runny yolk but that was my fault for not requesting it, hash brown was nice and crunchy on the outside and soft fluffy on the inside. plenty of seats available. Atmosphere was good, food waiting time was a little long for a small breakfast and Panini. It was clean here including WC. I would revisit here again.

I had a truly dreadful experience at this coffee shop. The astonishingly rude waitress got all of my order wrong - which in itself, is fine, as mistakes happen, but she had the audacity to blame me for her mistake and was very aggressive in her approach. As if that wasn't enough, she slammed a new check in front of me while I was seated, which was over the due amount and proceeded to scream at me for a mistake that was clearly her fault. The whole coffee shop was watching, it was such an embarrassment for something that could have been dealt with in a calm and polite manner. A simple expression of the mixup would have been fine. I've never encountered such unbelievable rudeness in a service establishment. On top of this appalling behavior, the food was just average at best. Needless to say, I won't be returning and would strongly advise against anyone else subjecting themselves to such a terrible experience. What truly...

We had a nice meal here, but after we ate and were preparing to leave, the Cook came out and started having a go at me saying that I had moaned about the time it had taken for him to serve the food. Which I had not!

He was rude and insulting shouting next time you go to McDonald's. We actually had 2 hours to kill so time was never an issue. The food was actually quite quick if I'm honest. So where this tirade came from I do not know.

Needless to say I will not be returning.

The cook/chef's clothing was filthy, not from one day service. I know I'm a chef myself.

I feel absolutely horrified that anyone thinks they can speak to another human being in this manner.

Get your facts right before launching a barrage of abuse at a paying customer.

Sad, as I liked coming...

While the West End Farm Cafe boasts a picturesque location, my experience as a local has left me with no intention of returning. The charm of the setting couldn't mask the appalling incident I witnessed recently. The supposed manager displayed shocking behavior by outright refusing to accommodate a customer's order change and then shockingly attempted to shift the blame onto the customer. It's disheartening to see an establishment disregard the adage that "the customer is always right." To add insult to injury, the manager had the audacity to inflate the bill after their own mistake. This once-promising spot has taken a steep nosedive, with a clear lack of respect for patrons. Regrettably, the cafe's rudeness and incompetence have eradicated any desire to support their...
