If I could give zero stars, I would.

The absolute worst customer service. The guy is so rude. I ordered aromatic duck and it was fatty and not cooked properly, when I called to complain, he basically called me a liar and told me that there wasn’t anything he would do. When I told him I was going to throw it in the bin and I would be without food, his reply was “okay then”.

We thought we would try again this evening, my partner called this time and the same man was so rude to him. He said he couldn’t hear him, so my partner raised his voice to read out the card number to which the guy said “maybe if you spoke up earlier we wouldn’t have this problem”. His tone and attitude suck. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They also charge £1 if you pay by debit card.

The best Chinese takeaway I've ever had and was always my regular when I lived in the area. I even visit them for a takeawaywhen I come back to the area. The price can be off putting but it is worth the extra than othe Chinese takeaways in the area. Set Menu B is what I'd recomend and I change the Lamb Dish to Crispy Chilli Beef and its a bit too much Ginger for me. That set menu for 2 is usually enough for 3 people, even people who eat a lot. It's not open to eat inside anymore which is sad but the takeaway is so busy on Thursday, Friday and Saturday that they don't need to open. The food was quite good, according to my son, I couldn't eat mine, I ordered chicken fried rice with mushrooms and yet I received a portion of special fried rice, containing seafood & was charged for special fried rice according to their menu prices.

Even though the woman who took my order wrote it down, then later when I returned, she couldn't find the order chit, and blatantly called me a liar, stating that I ordered special fried rice, yet I know full well it contains seafood.
