The store was clean , tidy , spacious , modern , bright , vibrant , sleek and unique which is good. The food is mouthwatering , delicious , flavourful , fresh , hot , well portioned , lots of options to put any fillings and tasty. The staff are friendly , responsive , efficient , respectful , professional , understanding , well mannered , sociable , attentive and always serve with a smile. The price is little bit overpriced but it can be cheaper then it would be better overall on the price. Daughter ordered vegetarian meal, was delivered meat instead and took a bite. I don't care if it's your fault or Deliveroo's fault, it's your business own your relationship with your customer and resolve the issue. Should have been apology and replacement meal. Obsessed with this place and go there 2-3 times a week! The food always tastes really fresh.

Surprised to see so many bad reviews, but they all seem to be for takeaway, so maybe burritos don’t travel well? I always pop in to get mine and make sure it’s made to my liking.

My only complaint is they’ve closed earlier than advertised a couple of times, and staff didn’t make me aware of the loyalty card system (I bought about 7 burritos before I realised it even existed - annoying!) but I still recommend this Zambrero...
