Fable Stores — Local services in Epping Forest

I had my first experience at the new fable stores a few days ago. When I walked in I initially thought the place looked very clean and modern. However, I used the bathroom to find multiple disgusting stains in the loo and a horrid smell, seems that they haven’t been cleaned properly in some time. I have also seen what must be the owners, walking around and doing nothing but talking to the staff like garbage. Not nice to see and puts me off of coming back to the store quite frankly. One last thing, the coffee was not of good standard, it tasted awful and really burnt. Seems maybe they need to hire people with some more experience. I also noticed poor communication between the barista ladies and the chefs, seems that they get a lot of the orders wrong when it’s clearly stated on the order receipt's. Went in there a couple of days ago and first thoughts is that it looks nice. However, whilst I was browsing the shop floor I witness the “owners” treat the staff poorly, also I watched one of the owners grab leaves out of the bunch of lettuce which I’m guessing was mouldy. I wanted to pick up some packets of fruits for my family but when I was looking the majority of the packets looked tampered with (portions of fruit varied dramatically between packets) This store may look nice but something needs to change with the ownership as some of the actions I’ve seen the owners do is alarming. This store is just a fancy corner shop. On the other hand, the staff were very attentive and professional and carried their duties out well. This is a lovely addition to the high road with a nice diverse selection of products, and the staff are always friendly & helpful. However, I have noticed some problems during my visits. They seem to be understaffed most days, having the same two or three in stretching themselves thin between tills and trying to get things done, aswell as assisting customers. Things also keep being moved making it harder to find things at times. Now as for the owners, it seems they might be a main issue. The few times I have seen them around, they have been talking to staff in a rude rushing manner,especially around vegetables, and often walking around with their phone out aimed towards them which isn't acceptable if that's the case.
