McCaffertys Bar, Epsom — Restaurant in Epsom and Ewell

I rented the stables for a private event on the weekend and it was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. Corey, the manager, was so clear and helpful with all of the arrangements. He greeted us and introduced us to his staff and we felt really welcomed by everyone. The bar staff were brilliant! They served everyone promptly and it felt like they were partying with us as they we're so smiley and happy. Amin the chef helped me find the right food to fit my budget and everyone was delirious with his offering. Really reasonable and very delicious. The security at the pub was faultless. They made sure everyone was safe and happy and we're so friendly. The DJ was awesome. She played great music that everyone enjoyed and was accommodating with requests too. Everyone felt really looked after.

I cannot rave enough about the service at McCafferty's and I really cannot recommend this pub enough for party's or even just a good night out.

I went to mccafferty last night the land lady seemed to have a really bad attitude we tried ordering drinks and she didn't seem to want to serve us we was ordering a big round as there were a few of us and she cut us off half way through she has no patience and actually assaulted my friends daughter to. the toilets were disscusting the gents entrance door and toilet seat were broken there was urine all over the floor we was not shown any welcome even though we was putting a lot of money through the tills. If I could give this place a 0 rating I would, absolutely terrible place with the wrong crowd, bad security measures and searching people when let in, I got SPIKED there on saturday night and nothing was done by the pub to make sure I was okay, this is the second time i have been spiked here as well as one of my mates got spiked here a month ago and plenty of other people I know have also been spiked here, this place is not safe and not worth your time, it needs to be SHUT DOWN immediately, honestly don’t know how it’s still in business.
