Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Exeter

Finally we have a Costa on the main road at Pynes hill. Used by businesses in the area and supporters from Exeter chiefs on match day, this Costa is really handy for the drive through and to sit inside and have a hot baguette. The cakes are great and as always the Oat latte is really nice too. This is a great meeting place for families from different parts of Exeter as the road is really easy to get to. Today we popped in here for lunch. I had mozzarella cheese and pesto baguette toasted and my partner had a steak and cheese toasted sandwich. Both were hot and very tasty. We also had Burt's cheese crisps. The cake selection was vast and we couldn't decide till after we ate our sandwiches. We went for the Rolo chocolate muffins and the caramel sauce inside was very nice and gooey. We both had a medium Oat latte and it came to around £21.00 for it all. For the convenience and cleanliness I would rather eat here than Mackie d or KFC. It feels cleaner and more of a social hub for grown ups. We will always be using this Costa in the...

Really friendly place, my friend and myself used to meet regularly for weeks, got to know the staff, spend a couple of hours here having a catch up until my friend had a parking ticket (twice as she didnt get the first one until we had been in there the second time) We didn't see any signs about how long we could stay there. When we enquired about this Costa Coffee said that the parking was nothing to do with them. She had to pay £180, (£60 each time).As we are pensioners this was a lot of money. Rude staff. Wanted to clean up after my baby made a mess. I waited patiently for about 10-15mins, trying to ask for a dust pan and brush but to get their attention was so hard, they all seen me but ignored me the whole time. Even when I waited for customers to order with out being rude by jumping in why they spoke, even when no one was there for ordering they still ignored me.
