After a Christmas shopping trip my wife & I topped into costs for a nice refreshing latte with a raspberry & almond slice as a treat. The service was slow due to the assistant serving making mistakes over charging two previous customers then we were served having to repeat our order three times before being understood due to the staff talking over us to each other. Once we received our latte & cakes we took our seats to find the table dirty sticky and move to another table again dirty but not sticky then our latte was very watery and cakes extremely dry to say we were disappointed is an understatement due to the long wait at the til we decided to just leave and not any fuss, I know we should give the costa a chance but Iām definitely not...

The previous manager was a lovely young man who would go out of his way to greet you and the service was excellent and he was a credit to your shop as we were regular customers in 2023 .. Giovanii was the name on his badge but no way should he be a manager as he was totally ignorante, told us to wait abruptly as we went to order as he was arranging the counter display. Please would someone remind him that the paying customer pays his wages and due to our experience we will not be visiting Costa at Marsh...

The normal milk one for my son was a full espresso cup which is standard, my daughter's soya version was 2 3rds foam and 1 3rd drink. When I queried this the manageres advised that this is how all choc. Babachinos are, as only 55p. I advised if this is the case why was my sons cup full? She didn t answer. I then had to pay for a second cup which weirdly came full with no foam....
