Went in to marsh Barton Greggâs, to place an order, to only be told I have to ring up in advance to place a order of breakfast roll. This has happened 3 times this month after we are a company located in marsh Barton and come over daily.
The lady behind the desk said âyou should phone up in advance or you wonât be servedâ
The ladies attitude change quickly after I asked her why. (She didnât respond)
She carried out making the order for 4 breakfast rolls and I said have a good day after sheâd finished the order and I paid, again no response.
So it means to say if I wasnât wearing a company shirt that I would have to ring up in advance to place and order even if Iâm visitor, visiting the area.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service!!
Other staff are okay with us coming over daily but this one lady didnât...
   Read moreI went and got breakfast with my wife and surprisingly it wasn't busy however the service was rude. A manager or team lead was very rude to the cashier whilst he was serving me. He put in the wrong item's onto the till and she then took over to say "no you've done it wrong again, you don't listen". Turns out it was also her that didn't listen. I asked for butter on my roll and baggette (we didn't get any) and extra bacon in both the roll and baguette. We ended up with 1 extra bit of bacon. So I paid an additional 50p per piece of extra bacon. We ordered 2 hot drinks and was asked do we want cream and sprinkles and I said yes. We didn't get that either. I understand these things happen but when I called to try and tell them, they didnât answer their phone until the fifth time I rang, then this was the conversation: Me: Hi, we just bought a pack of Yum Yums from you and theyâre infested with ants.
