I missed eating here. I ate here pre pandemic period and hadnt gotten the chance to dine here since then. Now that its open again, im quite enjoying the full english breakfadt with the husband. ❤ Warm ambience, lovely staff, great food. ❤

the long-awaited chickenburger is a complete failure. a huge roll with a tiny frozen nugget (probably it caused time). the lager beer from the bottle was warm. Maybe you should only sell coffee if your food doesn't go well.

Lovely family friendly cafe.100% customer service every time we visit. Also a great wine bar in the evening. Would not go anywhere else we love it here! Food is amazing. 😊👍

We have been to this place before and enjoyed both the food and the service, but today’s service was poor (and I’m not talking about the very pleasant work-experience person). Previously, I have always ordered at the counter, which we attempted to do again today. Today, the lady behind the counter said in a very curt manner “table service” (no “please sit down and we will come to you”). So we sat down and our order was taken by the above work-experience person. While waiting for the food, I could see a child on a neighbouring table suck the top of both the ketchup and mayonnaise bottles. Not wanting to be offered those bottles, I tried to discreetly tell the “curt” woman about the situation, to which she marched over to the table and reported it to the mother (I assume trying to make trouble for me). I eventually received a very nice omelette and chips, together with another (non-sucked I hope!) ketchup bottle. As expected, the mum of the child came over to me as she was leaving and made some snide comments. In conclusion, I have always enjoyed their omelette and chips (my regular) but today was not a...

Went in here today with a friend while her dog was having a scan at the vets. We sat down at a table that had been cleared and cleaned and the lady working there said she would get to us when she could but was very busy and working alone. I replied with a big smile on my face 'it's probably to do with the million people who have all come in at the same time'. This lady apparently doesn't like anyone jokingly agreeing with her because she launched into a tirade about her manager being outside doing nothing, she should be on her break and was close to walking out and I could stop taking the piss! I tried to calm her down by pointing out that I was agreeing with her but to no avail. Genuinely have never experienced anything like it in all my years on the planet! On a brighter note, went over the road to the Heavi Deli and it...

Staff are lovely and friendly here with a lovely atmosphere, unfortunately they could do with a new extractor fan as my eyes were stinging from all the smoke from cooking by the time I left. The burgers are tasty and the cooked breakfast was great apart from the mushrooms we're bland and tasted like they had been boiled, never had anything like it. And the sausages are really cheap and taste like you eating paste. But the rest was lovely and the prices are affordable and not a far walk from...
