This place is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a pizza and what I got was basically a crisp paper thin and barely edible. When I called to ask what the hell happened, they casually said they ran out of dough and instead of telling me, they just quietly sent out whatever garbage they could scrape together. No warning, no apology, just straight-up disrespect.

The guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less rude, smug, and laughing like it was some kind of joke. He sounded like I was bothering him just by calling. Worst part? They said next time they’ll make it properly. Are you serious? Why wasn’t it done properly the first time? That’s the bare minimum, not some favour you’re doing me.

Then they had the audacity to offer £2 off like that somehow fixes the mess they sent me. £2 doesn’t even cover the insult. I’ve never had such a pathetic excuse for customer service. No wonder this place is going downhill they clearly don’t care about their customers or their...

So I order through their basic website and have to wait about 40 minute for something that should be delivered in 30. I don't mind that. I specify a contactless delivery, indicating that the food should be left on the floor, this didn't happen. I take the food inside, realise that I had been given the wrong order so call the store. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but the pizza's toppings would put me into anaphylactic shock. If the delivery driver won't give me a virus that may kill me, the food would. Anyway, the woman that I spoke to said that she'd sort it and 20 minutes later the same delivery driver comes back with my order, wants the wrong order back and then doesn't apologise or show any appreciation for me not calling the police for possibly being an accessory to murder. Ordered the food for 13:30 pickup on Just Eat at around 1pm. Arrived by 13:25 and was told to wait 5-10 minutes for the food which was completely understandable. Then it got to 13:40 and I was told to just wait 5 more minutes as the wings needed to cook. It took them until 13:55 to give me my order when it should have been ready 25 minutes before. I was only given one update and no apology at all throughout the entire waiting period. I had even gone up to the till after 20 minutes of waiting, where a man who looked like the 'manager' completely blanked me. I have never put in a complaint for awful customer service but the fact that I was blanked and hardly acknowledged while I was the only person waiting was just unbelievable.
