Five stars for the coffee and the good array of cakes etc and prompt service but at least 2 stars deducted because of the young lad that served me, after steam frothing the milk for my cappuccino he started banging the container on the counter, I can only assume to remove excess air, but the force he used caused milk to fly about all over the counter, the stacked crockery and the young girl who was standing next to him not once but several times. Speedy service at all times and they always get my orders correct (milk, extra shots of coffee, etc). Staff are always friendly and happy to explain what is in each drink. There are sometimes a delay at breakfast time when people are ordering toast or muffins (which although tasty are the price of an entire loaf of bread and topping so totally not worth the cost).
