Dewey's Diner — Restaurant in Fenland District

I had heard that the gravy was amazing so I had to try for myself and I was not let down as I went on a Sunday lunchtime and although supper busy they did all they could to accommodate me as fully booked I was able to sit outside in the lovely weather and had my coffee brought out to me with cutlery and enjoyed my Sunday roast with all the trimmings. Such a great roast and would come again as much as possible.

A few of us use to go there a lot, but we found the service was getting slower and take a ways we’re more important than dining in. We waited 40mins for a set breakfast, when it did turn up beans and mushrooms were missing from the plate, I let the waitress know and only got beans. The food was cold even the chips were cold, the pouched eggs were hard. Came in and was told we couldn't drink the bottle of water we had with us despite me ordering a drink and waiting to order two meals. Waitress was really unpleasant and felt as though we were being watched. I appreciate you can't bring outside drinks in but we had ordered drinks and were ordering food, it was just a bottle of water.
