AVOID at all costs!! Locals scrapping for food at a funeral, staff let it happen, and did not offer an apology!!

Disgusted in the service that was provided at my mothers funeral. Paper Cups for tea and coffee- Laughable. At around 6:30 two members of staff we’re stripping the function area I was told was provided for my mothers funeral of as long as we needed it. Her picture, memory book, everything tossed in a bag. Then three lots of locals took food from the table I was sitting at, food from my mothers Funeral. I informed Sharon of this and she told me I was being aggressive and did not offer any apology.

We have previously had some fantastic food here, but had a terrible time when we visited on Sunday. We rang ahead to ask for a table and were advised that we could order food up to 8pm. We said that we were 10 minutes away, arrived just before 8pm, ordered our food but were then asked what table we were sitting at. Went back to the table to find out, then when we got back to the bar, were told that we were too late for food, even though we had placed the order. Was a real shame as it was our last night and we had previously had such a good...

Completely a place for locals...after calling ahead to confirm we could get a table outside amd what time to come...we were very disappointed. Tried to over charge us by £12 for drinks the food was poor quality and the pub was full of yoing lads....only took 10 mins to work out they were drug fuelled and even overheard a convo to drop drugs to the pub.not a place for my teens. Defo not family orientated like...
