MESSAGE FOR THE BOSS OF MORENA.... PLEASE READ AND DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STAFF!!! I got a wonderful text yesterday informing me I could get 50% off on delivery if I paid by cash. Perfect. So I placed an order but there was no cash option and the discount was there so I paid by card. Job done you would think but no... I had a call from the restaurant informing me that I had to pay cash and be refunded. Fine I wasn't that happy about having to pay twice and hope that my refund came in 3 -5 working days but continued. Then I got a text confirming my refund and then saying here is a link that I could pay by card... a bit confused I called the restaurant again. I felt for the young lady who had been taking calls like this all night with no support from her boss it appears. I ended up calming her down and telling her we are angry with the system and her boss not her but she was our only place to vent. So whatever your name is "boss" sort out your offers.... if you make the mistake of not setting it up properly it is not OUR problem as a customer to sort it out for you. YOU made an error and the young girl had to make calls on your behalf to state we were to be refunded and then had to pay in cash. If you "the boss" cannot put an offer in place correctly then just don't do it. The poor girl and I won't name her as you will know who she is,was almost in tears to me. A 50% off offer should not have caused a member of your staff to probably be verbally abused by your customers. Not only did you let us the customers down last night you also let your staff down. That says more about your business than the quality of food. Give that lady a bonus and promise her YOU will never put her in that...

The food was fantastic my burrito was gorgeous and the meat was delicious along with the rice in it, I also got the BBQ chicken wings they were succulent and tender, fall off the bone my only criticism was they were a little weak on the flavour.

The empanadas I had the chilli beef with cheese were sublime crunchy shell but cheesey beef on the inside and with the BBQ sauce and sour cream it's perfect bite each time.

The guacamole is homemade and you can tell it's spot on, the sour cream and the BBQ sauce, the Pico is lovely but my only criticism here is portion size is small for the cost of it, if they were double the size they would be perfect and if you had refried beans it would be heaven.

My dad said the rice was very tasty and better than normal rice, but the chips were overcooked my mum said, they both loved there enchiladas tho my mum was glad to see other veg than the normal peppers, onions and mushrooms in hers and my dad said the chilli beef was gorgeous.

Spot on delivery time very quick and hot next is to come in...

What can I say ... Where do I start .. Arrived at 7 for birthday dinner , the staff were amazing and very attentive , Amanda was on the ball the whole evening . The food was out of this world I ordered empanadas for starters and I was not disappointed . Nachos were the best I've ever had . Main course was chicken salteados , It took me back to a visit to Cuba where I had it for the very first time it was amazing the flavours were spot on . My partner had the gringo steak , if you're a steak eater get yourself down to this place that's all I can say !! Finished off with mojitos, I want one of those every night now Firat Yildrim ( the owner) came to our table after we eaten to see how our meal was , now that is a special touch .
