The wine bar and cocktail area is a real gem, made even better by the fantastic team. Jacky, Neve and Lesley deserve special mention, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They look after us with genuine warmth and attention, making every visit feel personal and effortless. They have that rare ability to make you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table.

The food is consistently outstanding, and the scenery over the harbour is as good as it gets. On DJ nights the place comes alive with energy, while the BBQ nights are a real highlight, great flavours, a lively buzz, and that unbeatable coastal backdrop.

What an amazing summer we have had at Rocksalt. Often visiting 3 times a week. Last night at Rocksalt, we witnessed something truly special. Our very own Les, who many of you will know as the friendly face behind the bar, stepped up to the decks, and what a performance it was. His set was nothing short of fantastic, weaving energy and atmosphere seamlessly throughout the night. What makes it even more impressive is the way Les embodies the spirit of Rocksalt. He isn’t just part of the team, he’s part of the heartbeat of the venue. To see him move so effortlessly from serving behind the bar to commanding the room as a DJ only highlights his talent, versatility, and passion for creating great experiences. Arrived at 17.40, and told no food until 18.00. Ordered a drink and sat at table. Drink delivered with menu, that was different to the one outside. Asked if I could order now 17.55 and told no orders until 18.00 Tried to get attention from 18.00 to order. Guests either side had drinks Ordered and delivered.
