Subway — Restaurant in Folkestone and Hythe District

Not the best Subway experience. Franchise places always make the standard experience... standard. But the test is always in the bits they can vary through laziness or inattention. The Folkestone Park Farm branch doesn't do large cup drinks (I asked) and seems to think that cookies are something they shouldn't do at all. On the early Saturday lunchtime I visited they had none in the trays at all, and only three packets of hard over-cooked choc chip to choose from. They were confused as to why I wanted a cookie at all, asking four times if I wanted to select a packet of crisps from the rack.

Terrible attitude of a young staff member. Had an earphone in talking to someone and not paying attention to orders, contaminated the food, when asked to changed gloves had a b#itch fit, murdered our breads. The next customer asked to be served by another employee and was met with a cofrontational tone and terrible attitude. The kid was 16 and clearly didn't want to be there. Even after the child employee stated "he can't touch me im only 16 but my dad will come down and sort him out"!!!! Absolute joke of an employee. The only reason I've given 2 stars and not 1 is for the other staff who escorted the "CHILD" to the back so they could clean...

I went to subway with my partner this evening which eats meat, I decided after already knowing that they barely cater for vegetarians unless you literally want just a plain salad bowl. I was going to have the veggie patty cheesed and toasted BUT very quickly decided I wasn't having anything when I noticed more than two strips of chicken in with the cheese. I'm personally disgusted by this, ok people choose to eat meat, I'll keep my opinions to myself but at least have the respect and concideration to try and keep the meats in their rightful containers and not contaminate the only two veggie options! We will never return...
