Very awkward experience. Maybe it was where we were seated but staff couldn't stop staring at us which we found to be extremely unprofessional. When we first walked in we didn't mind the staring but once we started to eat four of the staff kept doing it. We think they may have heard us mentioning that we noticed but persisted to do so. Asian girl with glasses didn't stare so much but we did notice but girl with the tattoos couldn't stop as well as the man and another lady who actually went to the back thinking that she wouldn't be seen, however they were polite. Nevertheless, the food was just about ok. Two of my family members didn't enjoy it so much but wasn't bad they said, my meal was decent and nothing to really complain about. Tip for future customers....DONT SIT OPPOSITE THE COUNTER. Other than that...

Food was good, especially the captains burger. However, service was underwhelming as it took 5 minutes after asking to get 4 glasses of water despite the place not being full. Chocolate milkshake was very foamy so it appeared to be more full than it actually was. For large groups, keep in mind that they restrict you from moving tables together. They also only accept cash, which is not clearly stated upfront. This is also strange especially during COVID-19, so you may have to withdraw cash before paying and pay a fee for the withdrawal. However, this may change as this review is based on the state of the restaurant on the 31st of July 2021. There is also only 1 toilet in the...

Went with 33 students: definitely tested the kitchen and waiting staff! We'd booked ahead and we were all grouped together on separate but neighbouring tables.

Food was awesome. Proper full English breakfasts and as much extra toast as we wanted. I had some great cups of tea, and everyone else was happy with the drinks they chose. Staff were very patient despite some students changing their orders at the last moment, and we weren't even charged for a breakfast cancelled when it arrived (sorry).

Nice location near the harbour as well, was great to pop out and watch the tide coming in. I...

Very beautiful spot, indoor or outdoor eating or drinking. Friendly helpful staff. Great variety of foods and drinks, from light bites to big breakfasts. The only issue we had is its cash only and the local cash machines were all charging from £1.90 to £2.00 to withdraw cash. We had a cold drink which was nicely chilled. We had pannini which came with a small side salad, this gadca very refreshing dressing on it. Very nice. All very reasonably priced.

Lovely, friendly service! Perfect location with a good menu selection. Menu items were a little pricier but you are paying for the convenience of location and great service. The hot chocolates and lattes looked amazing! I opted for a mocha, but wish I had chosen one of those as they were cheaper and looked delicious!

Oh my, I ordered the captain's breakfast and there was so much on my plate. I'm not complaining, I just struggled to eat it all to the mirth of my family sitting opposite. We really enjoyed our meals, absolutely top notch grub. We were made to feel very welcome, it was spotlessly clean and we would go again. Thank you
