We went for dinner yesterday. The location is fantastic right on the harbour arm and we sat inside, which is filled with fairy lights. The restaurant has a lovely quirky atmosphere and the music playlist is superb. We had 3 courses and all the food was good. We particularly enjoyed the baked cod and beef bourguignon. Our baked Camembert came out a little hard but it was no trouble when we sent it back and it came back lovely and soft. A highly enjoyable trip, with great service too. A highlight of our Folkestone trip. Would recommend and come back again. Thank you to all the staff.

We came here for a sweet crepe. The first crepe was undercook. It was pale and looked dowy. The waiter was kind enough to give me another one slightly more brown. Nevertheless, even with the cream, it was tasteless, and strawberry wasn't sweet. I had better crepe elsewhere. Also, don't serve it with a piece of paper. It became very messy when I poured the cream over the crepe!

Popped in for a drink and to watch live music. Although it's small, it's a good use of the space and you can hear the music loud and clear wherever you are inside. The price of the drinks can be a bit much I thought, three drinks costing just over £30. £12 for each 125m glass. That being said, the drinks were very nice, I just couldn't justify buying a second round.

Unable to comment on anything other than 'service'....booked on 13/12/23 to dine on 20/12/23...late afternoon on 17th Dec restaurant member left a message to say...'don't know how it happened that I was able to book a table...as they'd be closed on the 20th! Would I like to change to next day or another time? As it's for a birthday meal with family coming from Lincoln this isn't possible. How it took 4 days (that they were 'open') to come back about the 'glitch' on booking system I'm not sure...but has left a difficult situation 3 days from the day at this time of year! If booking system isn't managed or checked it makes me doubt the rest of their abilities. As if this was an error it should've been a glaring anomaly on their system. Very disappointing and unprofessional. In fact according to Trip Advisor, Folkestone Harbour Arm info & Open Table (where I could still book a table) they are open!! Such a shame as I'm always keen to try...

I visited the Tasting Rooms last month for the Sunset Session to celebrate my partners 60th. We had a fantastic evening. Great atmosphere, good food & we loved the live music Because of this we booked to take 4 friends last night for a special occasion. Unfortunately it wasn't such a good experience. On arrival we were told there were no crepes. Then one of the starters ordered was not available. Two people ordered fish pie & the waitress returned to say it had sold out. The menu isn't vast so choice quite limited. I ordered Affogato but was told they had run out of vanilla ice cream so it wasn't possible. So I ordered a coffee, which they also couldn't provide I believe through problems with the machine. So altogether very disappointing. Our booking was 7.00pm on a Saturday evening so I would have thought they would be stocked up to provide everything...

Booked for 2 on the sunset session evening. Restaurant was overbooked, we were on a tiny table jammed between 2 other tables with little room to sit. Food was average, for the price not awful. We were not served the promised welcome drink and had to ask despite the tables around us being served (seated after us). Service was non-existent, we had to ask again to order another drink. Music was good, wine was good. Location fantastic. When asking for the bill we advised the staff that all other tables had been cleared but our plates were still on ours. They were bringing desert out to other diners. Really a shame as I had heard such...
