The location of this shop, means that they are unable to access delivery drivers at speed so delivery times are delayed repeatedly.

There’s plenty of other branches to get takeaway from. If this branch is unable to do this process, well, management should consider stop doing the deliveries.

Wish I had ordered from the Team Valley instead. 40min wait has been pushed beyond 60mins. It’s pretty embarrassing from Whickham given that the food isn’t made from scratch. Purely a delivery issue and a shoddy attempt of a service that can’t be provided.

Couldn’t process a refund via JustEat either because the food was apparently ‘already being prepared’… so either that’s false (appears the staff are just delaying each process on the order tracker, having still not found a driver) or it’s true and now the customer has to anticipate old stale food…

(While typing this review the order has been pushed back another 5mins) Again, embarrassing. Would much rather have my money back instead of this cowboy approach.

Greggs mgmt - You don’t need further contact. Sort out this weak performance. This isn’t school. You don’t get marks for trying. Review whether JE is the best option for you. (and… they’ve added another minute facepalm)

Great little bakery to grab a quick bite. They can be quite busy but that shows its popularity. They do serve vegan food which I have been told is delicious. They do have a really good meal deal you can geab and it will dave you some money, which is always a bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they can proved a list full of allergy advice if needed. There is parking available near to the store, however its not free but the prices are...

i pre ordered my greggs order on the app 2 hours early to make sure it was done for my lunch break, arrived on time to collect my food to be told of the lady who was working there that it hadn’t been done because they were short staffed, she was nice can’t fault her she put it in straight away however i waited 30 mins for something i pre ordered...
