Ordered from here before with no issues had great service in past. However this time the food is contaminated with pieces of plastic and something that looks like beef, it is supposed to be gluten free but can't trust this anymore. When calling up to speak to someone about it got offered 1 salt and pepper chicken free next time we order and got questioned as to why we were only just eating it now when the order was placed over an hour ago, no apologies given. Normally the food and delivery are good from here BUT tonight ………… 2 hours before the delivery arrived so I made a comment to the driver. Response was a grunt then turned his back and walked away. My daughter had actually gone to the restaurant to pick it up/complain so I rang her to advise it had arrived and asked her to make a complaint about the driver. We have been getting takeaways from here for the past 6 months or so and have never had a bad meal. We always collect because we live out their catchment area but drive because it offers gluten free food. Anyone who needs to eat gluten free knows its hard to get a decent Chinese! We always just ring up and order and nothing is ever a trouble. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Can recommend the salt and chilli king prawns, king prawns and mushroom and the side order of noodles and beansprouts is amazing 😋 so tasty. Really reasonably priced too and easy to park there...
