Ordered food to my partners address, after an hour we had not received our order so I checked my email, which had the delivery address and my address (registered for payee bank details) I subsequently called to enquire and advise both addresses were on my email, only to be rudely told by the manager to add the correct delivery address!!!! I tried to explain but he/she constantly interrupted and accused me of calling him/her a liar, and after much heated duscussion hung up on me. I called back twice to discuss and asked if I could speak without interruption, yet was rudely interrupted over and over. As regular customers for over 2 years, I am absolutely shocked at the disgusting attitude to my call, especially from the business owner! Any previous negative online reviews, are met with a very defensive response, and a suggestion to call the establishment direct. I did exactly that and was met with such a dismissive, rude and downright insulting response from a business owner. You can have all the awards in the world for your food but your attitude to your customers and disregard of queries with a barrage of pure insults will not bring repeat customers. Read moreFound what appears to be a wooden object (similar to maybe a snapped cocktail stick or snapped wooden cutlery) in my pizza and couldn’t eat any more of it. It was already around 1130pm so when I tried to ring the shop there was no answer. I sent a message to their Facebook page which was read but no reply. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was late and assumed I would get a reply the next day to at least acknowledge the situation. But no, I see the business posting on Facebook, replying to comments etc - still no reply to my message. By this point I was getting annoyed - I had almost cracked my tooth on whatever was in the pizza. So I commented on their post to get their attention and surprisingly got a message within the next half hour. However to cut a long story short they have refused to refund my order, told me it lies with Just Eat but then when I contacted just eat and sent photos they said after speaking to the restaurant they couldn’t refund. I placed another order tonight and asked for my free drinks to be told that I wasn't getting them, so I said ok I'll be sure to write that in the review, the man then said ok if your leaving us a bad review your order will be cancelled, I have already been waiting 45 mins for my food and I am insuline dependant diabetic with multiple disabilities, who has now gone into a hypo because my food hasn't arrived and I've had to wait extra time by ordering fresh with someone else.
