Short version: They get stuff wrong all the time, especially on deliveries. And they're usually more stingy with the Mcflurries than others. If you're driving and have the time just go to Westerhope, or Metro Retail Park, they're usually better.
Always check your order properly, 95% of the time you will not get the sauces.
Been going somewhat regularly for about 13 years now. The success rate for getting an order right I think is standing at around 60% overall. In the last year or two for delivery good luck, they get orders wrong more often than right. Much better off going in person so you can sort the problem straight away than get a "go talk to uber" message on the app. They also tend to get orders right more often in person, but don't get your hopes up.
It has always deeply baffled me how so many incredibly simple mistakes are made so often here. Every cafe and restaurant I've worked in you'd be sacked for what passes as exemplary performance here. Many times I watch the staff read the order on the screen to check it, I read it too, I see it's correct, and they go ahead and hand you something with 3 burgers missing and a happy meal you didn't order.
To be fair the general consistency of the food & its assembly has improved in recent years. Although I've now noticed a trend where they are prepping your order but waiting on a burger for 5+ mins, but first thing they do is they'll serve your mcflurry, regardless of the weather. It's lovely pulling in to the waiting bay watching the last solid pieces of your mcflurry disolve in to the rest of the melted remains, as you wait for 2 plain double cheeseburgers for 15 minutes in 20+ degrees.
The fact there is still a simple mistake on all their receipts since 2010 or earlier shows precisely how on the ball management are/have...

All of my recent orders have been missing something, whether it be food or sauce I've paid for. Drinks are always room temperature because they never give you ice. Majority of staff couldn't care less, although there's an older guy who works the dining area and often runs out food who's always friendly and smiling so fair play to him.
In Store orders take ages because they're too obsessed with making delivery orders, for drivers that aren't even there yet. Same applies to click and serve, wait is usually about 20 minutes and your McFlurry has already half melted because it's been sat on the counter for ages.
Milkshakes have been off for at least a month now, and this is not the first time either convinced they only put them on to pass the Brand Standards Visit.

Read moreIt's Gregg's, so very popular for breakfast sandwiches, buns, cold drinks and some hot foods. There are a limited amount of healthy items available. To be honest it gives a lot of people breakfast of a coffee and sandwich for less than £3, so great value although the baguette is far better bread than the cheap sandwich, doughy bun. The small sausages aren't the best in my opinion but the bacon is usually not too fatty. The coffee is great and not bitter. They also have decaf. At tea time the stock is often very limited when I have visited, although this branch is open till 8 pm and for deliveries. The staff are hard working and friendly. There are several internal tables that are ridiculously small and grandfather chairs that are ridiculously big. There are also wooden benches and tables outside. The tables should have been made of an easy clean material and definitely need...
