Ordered through the website. It had selected times and we chose 7:05 (40 min wait), the email came through and said 7:25 which was annoying but we knew it may be busy. When it eventually turned up half the order was missing so we rang and were told they would contact the driver to bring it back and let us know. Hearing nothing until after 8 we rang again and were told that they had given our order to the wrong person and they would send the missing half again. By this time our ‘takeaway night’ had turned into one half being eaten before the other half turned up. Really disappointed considering the cost for delivery and the extra hour wait. The person on the phone dealing with the issues said next time we order to let them know and they would sort something out. Having called this week to get the same order, they have offered a grand total of £3 off the full order. Bearing in mind the same discount is available on their website for anyone to use. I had thought they may replace the half that was missed that took near enough 2 hours to arrive from ordering, as we were happy to pay for the half that was received albeit late. I rang up as one of the curries we got was incorrect. They Said it would be with us in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later with the rest of our food cold it arrived, they asked for the incorrect curry back... for what reason I do not know... there is a pandemic out there hope no ones ordered a chicken rogan josh... just saying!!!! Rang up to speak to someone about it and they just kept making all the excuses in the world and said we had to go through just eat for a refund. INCORRECT just eat can’t give a refund it has to go through the restaurant, rang up they pretended they couldn’t hear us and hung up the phone. Rang AGAIN said they said they will get back to us once they have spoken to Just eat and half hour later, with no response back so we rang them AGAIN and they just told us that’s they haven’t got any money to give us a refund and they are too busy too talk to us and hang up the phone. PURE JOKE! I work in the food industry if a customer is not happy...

Had a Just Eat Delivery from here, arrived early, piping hot and well packaged! I got a few things to try! Spicy Chicken Strips, slightly spicy, very crispy and juicy in the middle! Tandoori Special Kebab Delight,, which consisted of doner meat, lamb kofta?, a giant pokora and tikka chicken which was amazing.. nicely spiced, tender and juicy, would defo order a tikka chicken kebab if it tasted like these did 👍i also got a Garlic Nan which was nice and the main event.. which i didnt like haha! To be honest you cant win them all, everything in it was perfect, there was even a heap load of chicken in it! Its hard to write a review without sounding bad but to be honest it had everything going for it, it was just a taste that i didnt like, everyones taste is clearly different and this was not to mines, which was a real shame because everything was perfect!
